A synergetic partnership between University High School and the University of Hartford will enable us to take advantage of national educational initiatives, including STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education specialization and the Early College/Middle College educational model. In light of recent economic times and increased global competition, now more than ever, America needs students literate in STEM education.

Our staff is amazing. Many of our faculty members have had lucrative careers in engineering, architecture and law; yet they choose to teach, recognizing how imparting knowledge and sharing their real-world experiences makes such a difference in the lives of our students. Our faculty wants to be here and they support our students in every way.
